Objectives
 

The poor academia-industry linkage results in inappropriately trained manpower and non-utilization of the academic research leading to shear wastage of the national resources.

The objectives of this study are
    • Finding out of the bottlenecks in Industry, Academic and Institution linkage

    • Development of a database indicating

      1. Academic and Industrial resources in the country

      2. Researches being done in the Industry vis-à-vis Academic Institutions 

    • Study of Industry’s manpower requirement with respect to nature and numbers; current status vis-à-vis future demand in light of the changing nature of pharmaceuticals

    • Designing of model curriculum, systems and procedures for the academics
